A: The hair tangle because of dryness, oil, dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine, or wrong combing method. High temperature iron clamp on the hair also cause the hair tangle. Please wash the hair 1 – 2 times per week. Comb the hair with a wide tooth comb. Or consult your hairstylist for more help.
